Through this two-year program, we hire recent university graduates and invest in their career development by providing on-the-job training and cross-functional exposure through challenging and rewarding assignments. Upon graduating, these employees are well equipped for their future careers with IPEX.

We are excited to offer this comprehensive and collaborative program to recent engineering or business graduates who embrace challenging assignments, are hungry to learn and want to build an exciting career with an innovative and growing organization.

About Our New Graduate Development Program (Formerly the Associate in Training [AIT] Program):

The IPEX New Graduate Development Program (NGDP) is a two-year rotational program that allows recent engineering or business graduates to move through a series of placements across various departments within the company.

During the program period, participants will gain valuable skills and experience over the course of three different rotations made up of two six-month placements and one 12-month placement. New graduates will be exposed to a variety of departments, including the core to our business – manufacturing. We believe this rotational element of the program is a key differentiator and one that prepares graduates for a long and successful career with us.

Our Three NGDP Development Streams:

IPEX-NGDP Manufacturing Stream: Involves rotations across functions such as Manufacturing Operations; Health, Safety & Environment (HSE); Engineering; and Production Planning. Upon completion of the program, graduates are offered a permanent placement within our Manufacturing function.

Recent graduates from technical programs or with a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering are encouraged to apply. The program provides new graduates with the experience they need to earn their professional designation.

IPEX-NGDP Technical Stream: Involves rotations across functions such as Manufacturing Operations; Health, Safety & Environment (HSE); Engineering; Research & Development; and Innovation. Graduates are offered a permanent placement within any of the above-mentioned departments upon completion of the program.

Recent university graduates with an Engineering degree in Chemical, Materials, Civil or Electrical are encouraged to apply.

IPEX-NGDP Business Stream: Involves rotations across functions such as Manufacturing Operations, Marketing, Technical Sales, Innovation, Supply Chain and Human Resources. Graduates are offered a permanent placement within any of the above-mentioned departments upon completion of the program.

Recent university graduates with a degree in Business Administration and/or specializations in Supply Chain, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
